

Phil is a senior private wealth advisor and partner of Blue Trust and serves clients in Southwest Florida.
With over 25 years of experience as a wealth advisor to individuals, families, and business owners, Phil uses his objective perspective to help clients make wise financial decisions, providing them with clarity, confidence, and tools to leave a lasting legacy. Phil and his team integrate financial planning, wealth management, and trust services into a financial plan tailored to his clients’ needs.
Phil is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a Certified Wealth Strategist® (CWS®). He earned both a BBA and a BS in accounting from the University of Kentucky. Before joining Blue Trust in 1994, Phil’s financial background included serving as a corporate controller, vice president with PNC Bank, and auditing and consulting with Ernst & Young. He is an active member of Kingdom Advisors.
Active in the community, Phil serves as a board member for the National Christian Foundation – South Florida and New Day Recovery, which provides faith-based, residential, and outpatient addiction treatment. Phil has served on the Life Centers, Heritage Christian School, and Covenant Community Housing boards. He is also active in his local Church and has led numerous financial and stewardship classes over the years.
Phil and his wife, Kathie, have been married for over 40 years and have three children (two living) and six granddaughters. In his free time, Phil enjoys time with his family, reading, cycling, and scuba diving.
