Melanie Allen is a client service manager for the Family Office division of Blue Trust.
Melanie is responsible for managing and overseeing the various aspects of Family Office client service to help ensure clients receive exceptional care at every touchpoint. As part of her role, she designs and implements processes and procedures to enhance the efficiencies of Family Office operations. Her responsibilities include ensuring all client support
functions are handled efficiently, training and orienting new team members, completing highly detailed client reporting, and managing vendor relationships.
Melanie has over 15 years of client services and support experience and over 10 years of operational management experience. Before becoming a member of the Family Office division of Blue Trust, Melanie served as a client relations manager for Ronald Blue & Co. CPAs. She also previously worked as the director of client services and operations at Resource Management Solutions.
Melanie graduated from the University of LaVerne, where she earned her BBA with departmental honors.
Active in her local church, Melanie volunteers as Next Steps Ministry’s director, overseeing guest outreach, community groups and events, baptisms, discipleship, and the welcome team. She’s currently pursuing her pastoral credentials through the Assemblies of God School of Ministry.
Melanie and her husband, Ryan, live with their two dogs in Long Beach, California.
